Goods for the Afterlife

In honor of Betty's death, I am doing a series of posts on the local cemetery. Many of the locals here believe that you can send money and goods to your deceased ancestors by burning paper representations of those things. On the road leading to the cemetery, there are many stands selling paper money and goods.

Money is always a good choice for dead relatives.

You have your choice of Chinese or American money.

Along with money, cell phones, watches, and Mah-Jong tiles are good choices.

Houses are also a good choice. Choose a big or little one.

But make sure it is red.
