Dumplings

Not long before I left Asia, one of my friends invited me to her house to make dumplings.


The first step was to make a dough of flour, salt, and water.


Next, we chopped a green Asian vegetable into really small pieces.


Her mother had already prepared the pork for us.


Mom started mixing the pork and veggies together.


Then asked me to take over.


Some of the completed dough waiting to be used.
